Silverthorne Conference Room

Project Description

DISH Network’s Inverness boardroom dubbed Silverthorne is the latest conference room to receive APAV room control.

Conference room users can select between Google Meet, Teams and/or other video conferencing apps to host their meetings.

Ceiling Tile Beam Forming microphones pick up local voices while audio from the far end is received over 70v ceiling mounted speakers.

A Clearone DSP provides level control for both local and far end. The audio is processed to eliminate local feedback. The DSP also provides echo cancellation.

An 8×8 HDMI matrix switcher is used to switch computers and other video sources to 5 large 4K wall mounted displays.

Front and rear video conferencing cameras have PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) functions with RS232 remote control so users can easily adjust camera settings and video sent to the far end.

All control is done from a MIMO touch panel running a custom APAV app.
