My name is Claude Kleiman and the name of my business is Aspen Loan Signing. I’m a Notary in the State of Colorado specializing in Seller packages, Refi’s, HELOC’s, Reverse mortgages, Adjustable-Rate mortgages and related others.

As a notary I understand I have to be impartial but not uneducated. I always make sure the borrower knows what they’re signing by guiding them through the loan documents. This includes walking them through the closing statement, note, deed, right to cancel etc.

At all signings I strive to ensure all documents are properly filled out, signed, initialed, dated and notarized because I understand that an incomplete signing or one full of errors can cause a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or cause funding conditions delaying everything.

My service includes providing two sets of documents: one for my client and one for the borrower. At the end of each signing I make an electronic scan of the documents and return those by email. I also make an overnight drop of the originals or deliver them in person. My focus is getting the originals back to my client immediately during regular business hours or next morning at the latest.

I promise to take full accountability for any errors and fix them immediately at my expense.
